Appointed Persons Emergency Aid Course / Sport’s First Aid






 

  1. 6 hour duration of teaching hours (excluding break times) Course is generally run from: 09.00 – 16.00hrs
  2. Course can be run in clients own premises providing a suitable training venue is available for use by the instructor
  3. If premises are required to be booked by the Training Company, charges will be transferred to the client
  4. Minimum number of students: 8
    Maximum number of students: 12
  5. Students will be issued with a certificate of completion on cleared payment of course fees, these certificates are valid for a period of 1 year
  6. Invoice payment will be due 14 days from date of invoice
  7. Students will be issued with reference material, relevant to the delivered course
  8. The assessment process is carried out by the Instructor throughout the course for each individual student.

The Appointed Persons Emergency Aid Course is aimed at people who would like to gain knowledge of first aid and are able to assist the person who holds the First Aid at Work qualification in any emergency situation. Students gain a certificate of competence but do not need to meet the Health & Safety Regulations

The course is presented over 6 hours generally run from 09.00hrs – 16.00hrs.
Each course has a maximum number of 12 students – the minimum being 8 students

  • Incident & Casualty Management
  • Dealing with the Unconscious Breathing Casualty
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
  • Disorders of the Circulatory System
  • Environmental Injuries

This course can be tailored to meet the specific needs of the student group
